Wrong sizing and no help from Zalando

These are wrongly sized. I ordered 39 1/3 EU, and was sent a smaller size that was mislabelled. The Hoka size chart (and all my other Hokas) state that UK size 6 is EUsize 39 1/3. These shoes were a UK size 5, but their label says that is EU39 1/3. The s...
