Under Armour HOVR the training shoe for you
Back in 1996, a new powerhouse in the sports industry was born when Kevin Plank founded Under Armour and started out with synthetic, sweat-wicking shirts. The brand has since grown into a global sportswear brand company with headquarters in Baltimore.
Under Armour HOVR shoes are designed principally as running footwear with a midsole that’s been engineered to absorb impact and return energy for daily runs, and they pair excellently with everything from men’s linen trousers to everyday joggers
How does the HOVR by Under Armour shape up?
The HOVR by Under Armour also works well as everyday trainers for any athletes focused on running-based training methods. The Machina and Infinite editions are listed as everyday runners rather than race-day shoes, and certain models, like that Summit Fat Tire, have been adapted to work equally as well on trails or off-roads routes.
These Under Armour trainers are ideally paired with HeatGear fabrics from the Under Armour range, designed to keep athletes cool by wicking sweat away. HeatGear tops and shorts are the typical line for hot-weather training.
The American label also markets compression tights and running apparel, which pair perfectly with the HOVR shoes for a trail-ready look and feel. The HOVR by Under Armour uses HOVR foam, which is engineered to give you added cushioning with extra energy return. It also uses a compression mesh that wraps around the HOVR foam to hold its shape, while the rubber outsoles combine carbon rubber and blown rubber in rebound zones.
All kinds of models
The Under Armour HOVR range includes a host of choices for various activities, which can be paired with Under Armour t-shirts and tracksuits.
One of the models to consider is the Sonic, which have an embedded sensor for MapMyRun. The Infinite is another top choice, with a full-length HOVR Foam encased in an Energy Web. The Machina might be the favourite though, with its propulsion elements and midsole density designed to give you the best run possible.
