I'm currently marathon training and have been wearing Nike Pegasus, but felt I needed a bit more cushioning and comfort, so after some research I opted for the Vomero10, it's the best decision for a neutral runner. Cautiously wore them for the first time to do an easy paced 6 mile run without any problems, next run was 15 miles and again no rubbing or chaffing. I've also worn them since for speed sessions and they're fine. There's a definite difference between Pegasus and Vomero; Vomero being more cushioned. Incidentally I wear customised insole orthotics in my running shoes, these shoes come with an OK cushioned insole which would be OK for a little while but if you're a serious runner orthotics are the way to go. They're true to size, toe box is slightly more spacious than Pegasus (I'm a tiny 2.5 UK and find it problematic finding show to fit) Also, love the colour, especially the lovely bright orange laces. Now looking forward to running my marathon in comfort!
