You received the partner items in a separate parcel from the Zalando items? Please also return them separately. Just use the enclosed return label to send back your items - this will guarantee your return reaches the correct address.
Your partner and Zalando items arrived in the same box? Then you can of course return them in the same box.

How to make a return:
Just mark the items you are sending back on the return form that came with your parcel, pack what you are returning, and use the enclosed return label to send back your items. Make sure to cover up or remove the original delivery bar code on the box.
You can return your items via:
- Drop off a parcel at your nearest Hermes ParcelShop or Doddle store
Don’t forget to keep the return receipt from the courier until your refund has been processed. Your refund can take up to 14 days after we receive it in our warehouse.
How to know if you ordered a Zalando partner item
If an article is a partner product, on the product page of the item you'll see "Sold by (name of the partner)". You can also see this note on your order overview in the customer account.
If you look at an order in your customer account, you will also be able to see whether you have ordered partner items. If an order is coming from a partner, it will be identified as 'Sold by (partner name)'.
