Where is my order?

We will inform you about the expected delivery time of your order in checkout and in your order confirmation email - this time may vary according to the selected items and the shipping method.

You can find a more accurate delivery estimate in the shipping confirmation sent to your email address, once your order is on its way. Please allow up to this date for your order to arrive.

A tracking link is provided in your shipping confirmation email and becomes active within 24 hours.

You can also track your order in the Your Orders section of your account, once the order has been shipped.

Please note: Delivery times may vary. You will see your projected delivery time during the checkout or in your order confirmation.

If you're not at home during an attempted delivery, please note that your parcel might be delivered to a pick-up point. Please keep an eye on your delivery tracking for updates, as you might not receive a separate email notification about that.
