Due to possible weather conditions or increased parcel volumes, unpredictable delays can occur. Please also bear in mind that it may take a few days longer for Partner items to be delivered. When you complete your order in "Shipping Option" you will always see the expected delivery date.
Unfortunately, our customer care team doesn't have the possibility to speed up the delivery or give you more information than already provided via the tracking link. We're working as hard as we can on getting all parcels delivered as promised.
