purchase and customer service quality

Excellent purchase on-line facility, with outstanding personal customer services and returns policy. Would love to have had the item 'exchanged' (for a bigger size) as this product was of super quality abeit size, I would not have needed to return & would have perferred this to return/refund/re-order. I was impressed by the quickness of delivery and policy on how to return, which was in itself simplistic and instructions very clear and easy to do. Will be more than happy to shop online at Zalando's in the future.
