I ordered these shoes 2 and half weeks ago. The delivery service is free but quite frustrating. As most of the people I work on weekdays so no one is home. these guys claimed to have beed here and left a card but nothing. After almost calling zalando 12 times I managed to get my shoes today. The courier told me that the previous guy actually did not try to deliver as he claimed he could not find the address. ............They have no phone number on their site to contact them so it is quite frusta ring...anyway i wish there were other delivery options or to collect them from a collection point as other companies do. The depot is too far away for me... The shoes are great thought! Very pleased with the quality and also they are very comfy and stylish. Full leather in and out. I will order again but this time over the phone to make sure how and when it is going to be delivered
