Having ordered 4 pairs of boots for my mother, who then inadvertently sent back 3 pairs and then kept an odd pair by mistake, well she is 80, I then had to re-order the pair she wanted together with 2 pairs of red boots that she decided she also wanted. That was three weeks ago, and I have now been informed that my shipment has been lost. Why no email, why no communication informing me of this? At least I could have had time to re-order. Very, very disappointed.

Looking for a pair of red boots for my mum and came across these! Even though they were described as red, they were definitely orange, not red at all! So if you are looking for a pair of orange boots, these are the ones for you, but definitely not the ones for my mum. Nice fit though, warm and comfortable, she had the blue pair instead!
