Comfy trainers

Trainers are very comfortable provided you can wear flat shoes. They give extra support on the outer part of the foot which is rather nice. The fabric top is substantial and keeps feet warm. I would not recommend them for summer though.

Well made Geox shoes. Uncomfortable - they really dig in at the back. Hopefully they'll loosen up with wear.
