The founding of the label Franklin & Marshall in 1999 happened thanks to the inspiration of the two young entrepreneurs Albarelli Giuseppe and Andrea Pensiero. Since then, with a lot of talent, imagination and ambition, the two have made Franklin & Marshall a very successful brand which is particularly popular for its vintage designs. With references to the recent history of sportswear culture Franklin & Marshall brings back memories of its beginnings - To achieve this the designers of the Italian label get inspiration from second-hand shops in Tokyo and London as well as influences from the sports grounds of the U.S. Giuseppe Albarelli and Andrea Pensiero are very special fans of the North American culture, and so decided to bring back the style of American college culture to Europe. Franklin & Marshall today stands for the American College Sports style of the 50s to the 70s like no other brand - stylish, cosmopolitan and forever young.
