How do I redeem my promotional or gift voucher?

The procedure is the same for using both promotional vouchers and gift vouchers:

1. After you have chosen your product in your size and entered it into the shopping cart, proceed to the checkout to complete your purchase.

2. The next step concerns the method of payment. On this page, after choosing the correct payment method, you can enter your discount code in the input field. Click on "Redeem" to use your discount. (Alternatively you can enter your voucher code on the order confirmation page, bottom right, before completing the purchase).

3. The discount amount is automatically deducted from the total order value.

4. Click on NEXT to see a summary of your order. If necessary, you can still amend your order at this stage.

5. You can delete your voucher code either on the ‘Payment Method’ page or on the ‘Place Your Order’ page by clicking on the cross to the left of the discount.

Conditions of voucher use

Please note that each voucher code may only be used once.

Promotional Vouchers
For vouchers from campaigns in our Newsletter, Magazine etc.:

• - only one voucher is redeemable per order, however you may combine promotional vouchers with gift voucher payments
• - vouchers have a limited period of validity
• - vouchers may not be redeemable against discounted items
• - vouchers may only be valid for particular brands and categories relevant to the campaign
• - vouchers may have a minimum order value
• - vouchers can only be used once
• - in the case that you return your item, you voucher’s validity will not be renewed
• - unfortunately it is not possible to redeem your discount voucher retrospectively

Gift vouchers
Vouchers bought through the zalando.co.uk site:

• - gift vouchers are valid indefinitely
• - several gift vouchers can be used per order (these can also be freely combined with promotional vouchers)
• - after placing an order, the residual value of your gift voucher will be uploaded as credit in your zalando customer account. Your account balance can be found in ‘My Account’ under ‘My vouchers’
• - in case of a return your credit will be added to your customer account and you can use it again for your next order
• - unfortunately it is not possible to redeem your gift voucher credit retrospectively
• - voucher credit cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative
• - there is no minimum order value for redeeming gift vouchers

Groupon vouchers

• - Redemption: If you have purchased a Zalando voucher through Groupon Citydeal, you will receive an email from them containing your voucher and security codes. To redeem your voucher, simply enter the voucher code as normal in the voucher field found in the third step of checkout. The security code does not need to be given here. It is only possible to redeem vouchers during the ordering/payment process. Additional or subsequent vouchers are unfortunately not possible.
• - Returns: Should you wish to return products bought with a Groupon Citydeal voucher, and the total value of the purchase exceeded the voucher value, we will reimburse you the money spent in excess of the voucher and a new voucher code equal to the residual value of your order. For example, if you use a £50 Groupon voucher as a copayment to buy a dress worth £40 and a pair of pumps worth £30, then if you decide to return the pumps you will be reimbursed £20 to your card and will be given a new voucher worth £10. For the new voucher with the remaining value, the same conditions apply as for the original voucher.
• - CityDeal and Cancellation: Should you cancel your order your voucher will be reactivated. You will receive the valid voucher code with the confirmation of cancellation via e-mail.
• - CityDeal and Part-cancellation: In exceptional cases, the item you ordered may not be available. If this occurs, we will send you an email to let you know. As in the case of a return, you will first be reimbursed any money spent on the order in excess of your voucher, and then any residual value will be reimbursed in the form of a new voucher code.

Buying a gift vouchers

How do I buy a zalando gift voucher?

Buy your friends and family a zalando gift voucher and you’ll give them the opportunity to choose their perfect gift from over 80,000 products from more than 1,000 top brands. To buy a zalando voucher, simply click on the link ‘Giftvouchers’ in the top right hand corner of the site.

You will then be asked to select your preferred motif and to set the value of your voucher. You have the option to personalize your voucher by writing a message. Your voucher will be sent in the post, so finally we will ask you to select the address you want the voucher to be delivered to. Then all that is left to do, is to click buy voucher and you will navigated to the checkout to pay.

How do I redeem my zalando gift voucher?

As with a promotional voucher, you can redeem a gift voucher directly during the checkout process, by entering the code in the voucher field in the third step of checkout (see above for details). With a gift voucher, you also have the option to redeem it in advance. To do so, simply enter the code into the voucher field on the page ‘My Vouchers’ which you will find in the ‘My Account’ section of the website. The sum of your gift voucher will then be credited to your account balance ready for your next purchase.
