Zalando is a big, international family and is constantly growing and gaining new members. Our responsibility is to manage this large scale recruitment so we can keep growing and developing. We represent Zalando to potential new employees and develop the company’s image as an employer as well as improving the work experience for our existing employees. We respond to questions, problems and suggestions from our employees, from work experience students to management, about anything to do with payment, admin and career development.

Unsere Rechtsabteilung unterstützt Zalando in allgemeinen juristischen Frage- und Problemstellungen und setzt sich mit Zivilrecht, gewerblichem Rechtsschutz und Arbeitsrecht auseinander.

Our legal department supports Zalando in dealing with any legal questions or problems, using civil, commerce and employment law. This department oversees every department at Zalando, ensuring every business transaction goes smoothly – employee contracts, providing office furniture and overseeing internal and external communication. Organisation, reliability and independence are key.

The wide range of tasks we have and the sheer amount of employees we are responsible for mean that we are constantly faced with new challenges and don’t have time to get bored! It’s great to help and get to know so many people!
